It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Jane (Pfenninger) Sobczak (Bay City, Michigan), born in Mackinaw City, Michigan, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Pfenninger and Violet M. Pfenninger (Rivard); her husband Aloysius F. Ryczek, Jr.; her foster parents, Stephen Gremser and Lucy Gremser (Laleman); her siblings, Marion Krzywosinski, Hazel M. Bell and George M. Pfenninger, Jr. (Grace); and her brother-in-law Donald Polkinhorn.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret A. Polkinhorn and Henry A. Pfenninger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
