She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomas and Evelyn Ryan (Reinke); her husband Thomas Sequin Sr.; her son David John Sequin; her siblings, Jeanine Mulders and Joseph Thomas "Tom" Ryan; and her brother-in-law Ray Marciniak.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Sequin (Denise), Karen Kochanny (Timothy), Timothy Sequin (Nanette), Rita Howard (Rick), Cynthia Neitzke (Craig) and Jane Brunette (Michael); her sisters, Kathryn'Kay" Marciniak, Patricia Duyck (Robert), Ellen Simonds (Phil) and Ann LaMarre (John); and her brother-in-law Henry Mulders. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
