She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Sparsam and Clara Sparsam (Walter); her husband Ralph Appold; her son Dale Appold; and her siblings-in-law, Edwin Appold (Melinda), Matilda Zeilinger (Gerhardt), Robert Appold (Alice), Loren Appold (Carol), Wilma Zeilinger (Ernie), Harold Appold and Floyd Appold.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Floyd (Frank), Scott Appold, Julie O'Dwyer (Patrick) and Bruce Appold (Anne); her grandchildren, Abby O'Laughlin (Jonah), Brianna O'Dwyer, Emily O'Dwyer, Matthew Floyd and Grace Appold; and her sisters-in-law, MaryLou Appold and Julia Appold. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
