Joanne Kay Kaczmarek Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne Kay Kaczmarek (Bay City, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 10, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy LaForge and Anna LaForge (Fiebke); her husband Nicholas Kaczmarek; her sisters, Judy Marks and Joyce Petrimoulx (Dennis); her siblings-in-law, Francis Kaczmarek, Joseph Kaczmarek (Hilda), Phillip Kaczmarek (Florence), Anthony Kaczmarek and Rose Marie Connelly (Ben); and her parents-in-law, Anthony and Josephine Kaczmarek.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Germain (Scott), Nicholas Kaczmarek II (Linda), Kellie Deming (Tom) and Chris Kaczmarek (Teresa); her grandchildren, Tyler Germain (Elyse Vigiletti), Weston Germain (Colleen Guidot), Carlie Provow (Tyler), Elizabeth Kaczmarek, Nicholas Kaczmarek III, John Kaczmarek, Owen Deming, Jarret Deming (Jennifer), Thane Deming, Erin Kaczmarek, Cameron Kaczmarek and Morgan Kaczmarek; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Isaac Vigiletti-Germain, Simon, Logan Germain, Leah and Emmett Provow; her sisters, Jackie Whiteman (George), Jan Bargeron (Dale) and Jerri Heiter (Roy); and her siblings-in-law, Luella Kaczmarek and Greg Marks. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A vigil service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Gephart Funeral Home (201 W Midland St, Bay City, MI 48706). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Parish-St. Vincent (2956 E North Union Rd, Bay City, MI 48706).
