He is survived by: his wife Jennifer [Baldwin] Yates; his sons, Griffin, Landon and Cooper; his parents, Richard Yates and Patricia Yates; his brothers, Jason [Dannette] Yates and Joel Yates; his father-in-law James Baldwin; his siblings-in-law, Melinda [Rob] Devoy and Brian [Yvonne] Baldwin; and his nieces and nephews, Ben, Lauren Devoy, Nicole [Dan] DeCorte, Brittney [Cameron] Sullivan and Brandon Yates. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
