She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Carmona and Evangeline Saenz; her sisters, Fran Hellebuyck and Carmen Dishaw; and her grandmother Agripina Carmona.

She is survived by: her children, Sarah Garcia, Kristi Garcia and Jose "Joey" Garcia; her grandchildren, Maleena Velasquez (Davion), Joseph Velasquez, Jr., Trenity Luna (Zachary) and Camdyn Ratajczak; and her siblings, Jose Carmona, Jr. (Pauline), Andrew Carmona (Mary), Margaret Ecker (Carmona), John Carmona, Mary Olson and Rachel Garcia. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
