He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Schneider and Elizabeth M. Schneider (Schaeffer); his brothers, Ernest, Ronald and John Schneider; his son Dennis Schneider; and his grandson Brad Schneider.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Schneider (Norma) of Bay City, Patrick Schneider (Susan) of Bay City, William Schneider (Douglas Harrington) of Bay City, Donald Schneider (Lisa) of Bay City and Mary Beth Schrock (Dale) of Fairview, MI.; his sister Mary Catherine McCarthy; and his grandchildren, Jason, Matt, Erica, Lindie, Heather, Adam, Bridgette, Chastity and Alyssa.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trahan Funeral Chapel (256 N Madison Ave, Bay City, MI 48708). A vigil service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Parish (2956 E North Union Rd, Bay City, MI 48706).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Jerry's memory to Heartland Hospice.
