He was predeceased by: his parents, Ormond Loehne and Rose Loehne (Westphall); his sister Phyllis VanLaan (Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Mugridge, Stanley Luczak (Sally) and Thersa Smith (Thomas).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Lori Balcom (Tim), Monte Loehne (Ma Xuan) and Jamie Loehne; his grandchildren, Alex, Leslie, Jordan Balcom, Nicholas Loehne (Katie Bromberg), Darrian and Dante Loehne; and his sister Sally Mugridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
