She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Provine and Dorothy Provine (Lambert); her husband Bishop Howard E. Finger; her grandchildren, Elijah Shaw and Janetta Holmes; her siblings, Hugh Provine (Bracky) and Barbara Bradberry; and her son-in-law Bernard Mierzwa (Buddy).
She is survived by: her children, Linda S. Oliver, Michael E. Hansen (Pat), Kathleen D. Young (Jeff), Cynthia M. Campos, Anne L. Mierzwa, Heidi M. Shaw (Steve), Steven A. Hansen, Deborah Hudson, Terry Finger and Greg Finger; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Carl, Alicia, Johnny, Michael, Michelle, Jennifer, James, Kiara and Isabella; and her sister Josephine Carroll. She is also survived by her grandmother; many great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dottie's name to the Bay County Humane Society.
