He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Douglas; his former wife Carolyn Rapson; his children, Larry Rapson (Sheryl), Cathy Cain (Jim) and Dewey Rapson (Suzanne); his stepchildren, Christine Jacobs (Jeremy), Matthew Douglas (Naomi) and Brian Douglas (Amy Lou); his grandchildren, Chase, Cailyn Cain, Chloe, Matthew, Dewey and Samantha Rapson; his stepchildren, Jennifer Gamez, Sara Glaspell, Payten, Easton Jacobs, Zepherence, Seth, Hayden, Brendon Gage, Emily, Taylor, Kendra and Connor Douglas; and his siblings, Gary Rapson (Bonnie) and Betty Roth.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to Vassar Baptist Church or to the American Cancer Society.
