Donald R. Dammer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald R. Dammer (Bay City, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Dammer and Sophia Dammer (Kosnik); and his siblings, Esther, Chester, Virgil, Patrick Dammer and Stella Nowicki.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores E. Enser; his children, Daniel Dammer, Cynthia Werda (Jack), Brenda Spychalski (Ken), Dennis Dammer, Jeannine Maciejewski (Douglas) and Melissa Bowman (Scott); his grandchildren, Jonathan Dammer, Hilary Koch, Megon Kaly (Paul), Jacob Werda (Meghan), Eric Werda (Stephanie), Kristy McRae (Tim), Sara Claybaugh, Jessica Baas (Ryan), Alex Dammer, Alexa Maciejewski, Cameron Maciejewski (Meg), Corey Bowman and Jarad Bowman (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Brody, Sydney Koch, Stella Kaly, Eli, Hank, Hayes Werda, Mackenzie Ornelas, Noah McRae, Grace Richards, Lailia Dammer and Archer Maciejewski.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A vigil service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home (1200 Garfield Ave, Bay City, MI 48708). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Czestochowa - St. Hyacinth Catholic Church (1515 Cass Ave, Bay City, MI 48708).
