Hayes; his children, Debbie Patterson (Don), Tammy Dallas (Ken) and Jeffrey Hayes; his grandchildren, Josh Patterson, Chrisy Badour (Bobby), Megan Beach (Joel), Kenny Dallas, Tommy Dallas (Sonya), Michael Dallas, Matthew Dallas and Benjamin Dallas; his brother Edward Hayes (Lara); and his siblings-in-law, Chip Lalk and Suzanne Ziegler (Michael). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
