She is survived by: her siblings, Frank Zajac, Terry Zajac and Susan Mills; her sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Zajac and Patricia Stadler; and her nieces and nephews, Jeremy Zajac (Pamela), Randy Zajac (Abby), Michael Zajac (Sarah), Kristen Butler, Kalli Zavorka, Rhena Leitermann (Chad) and Aaron Mills. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Bay County Animal Services & Adoption Center or Mayo Clinic, for the research of Corticobasal Degeneration, a rare brain disease.
