He is survived by: his wife Pamela White (Meier); his daughters, Kimberly White (Bill Lewis), Kristy (White) and Keenan (Brad Keenan); his granddaughters, Eloise and Abigail Keenan; and his sister Linda (Weible) Finerty (Bob Hicks). He is also survived by his family and friends.
