He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Huggard and Margaret Huggard (Wright); his wife Kathleen Huggard (Woods); and his brothers, Cecil, Edward, Richard, Gordon, Douglas, Dan and Daryl "Biz".
He is survived by: his children, Kathlene "Kathy" Buffman (Jeff) and Floyd Huggard (Marcia) of Dale; his granddaughters, Kayla Buffman (Matt Havercamp) and Kendra Lange (Kolby); his great grandchildren, Remington, Briella and Braylen; his brother David Huggard (Leona); and his friend Randy Moldenhauer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
