He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chase Sr. and Shirley Chase. He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Wilber; his grandsons, Mason and Rhett Wilber; his sons, AJ Blourtchian, Dillan Mullins, Braydon Mullins, Connor Mullins and Matt Rathbun; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Fred; and his sister Jodi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gephart Funeral Home (201 W Midland St, Bay City, MI 48706). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
