She is survived by: her children, Patrick Neitzel (Tammy), Mark Neitzel (Deb), Chris Neitzel (Jennifer) and Jill Lenhard (Jeff); her grandchildren, Brady, Zachary (Emma), Kaelin, Taylor, Jacob, Courtney, Ashlee, Ethan, Lyndsay, Bryce and Jeana; her siblings, Robert Gorney (Pat) and Anita Reszke (Bill); and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Ann Neitzel, Jeanette Neitzel and Mary Ann Couture. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
