It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Frederick Wagner (Bay City, Michigan), who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Wagner and Leona Wagner (Ryers); and his sister Shirley Joan Eyll. He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria Morgan (Gary) and Wendy Fruauff (Ken); his grandchildren, Danyelle Wagner-Barber (Troy), Joshua Fruauff and Justin Fruauff; and his siblings, Phil Wagner and Kathy Diehl (Tom).
