He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Horner and Lena Horner (Bachman); his wife Marjean Horner; his son Floyd Horner; and his brothers, Robert and Frank Horner.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Vasylak (Peter) and Robert Horner; his grandchildren, Joshua Horner, Danielle Amick (Steven), Mitchell Horner, Trinette Korte, Danielle Riggs (Gary), Kristina Wiltse, Nicholas Vasylak (Lisa) and Lena Vasylak; his great grandchildren, Lily Jean Amick, Roman, Brooklyn Korte and Connor Wiltse; and his sister Marilyn Obermiller (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Squires Funeral Home (211 N Henry St, Bay City, MI 48706). Viewing was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Floral Gardens Cemetery (2215 Cass Avenue Rd, Bay City, MI 48708).
