He is survived by: his wife Lois Elaine Quintel; his sons, Michael Christopher Horn and Steven Todd Horn; his grandchildren, Gabrielle "Gabi" Elise Horn (Charles Robillard) and Christian Steven Horn; his nephew Bryan Horn (Kailee); and his great-niece Zoey.
