He was predeceased by: his father Meade Gougeon; and his brother Gary Kirkland. He is survived by: his mother Janet Gougeon; his children, Benjamin M. Gougeon, Remington Knox Gougeon and Bellamy Clover Gougeon; and his siblings, Anne Mortensen (Randy), Laura Gougeon (Karl Wiegand), Renee Gurski (Alan), Mia Adarkwa (Kwafo), Meade Ryan Gougeon (Janice), Jae Gougeon and Glenn Kirkland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
