He is survived by: his son Michael Slocum; his brother Gary Slocum; his siblings-in-law, Mark, Ann Phillips and Kathy Kent; his cousins, Mary Keys, Donna and Dave Zopf; and his close friends, Doug, Vicky Keller, Bruce and William. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
