He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neff and Lorraine Lyon. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Neff; his daughters, Brenda Surgeson, Katrina Kowalczyk (Mark) and Annette Neff; his grandchildren, Derek Surgeson, Ryan Surgeson, Jared McCreery, Lindsey Bernelis, Luke Kowalczyk, Lance Kowalczyk, Rebecca Kowalczyk and Danny Kowalczyk; his great grandchildren, Riley, Layne and Lillian; his sisters, Rhonda Randville (Dick) and Carrie Neff; his stepmother Emma Neff; his caregiver Elaine McPhail; his close friends, Alvino and Joyce Soto; and also Tweety Birds.
