She is survived by: her children, J. William Layton (Shirley), Michael Layton, Sheryl Charles (Hilda) and Joseph Layton (Amy); her grandchildren, J. Brian Layton (Janel), Jesse Layton, Curtis Layton (Jennifer), Andrew Layton (Elise) and Daniel Layton (Tara); and her brother Stanley Adams (June). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the South Side Bible Church (4515 Beckley Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49015).
