He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas George and Mildred Cowan (Everden); his son Craig Allerding; and his nephew Tommy Keicher. He is survived by: his spouse Harriet M. Radford; his children, David Cowan of Chattanooga and Shawna Cowan of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Charles Cowan, Alexander Cowan and Christopher Allerding (Blakely); his great grandchildren, Gavin, Bryson and Braylnn Allerding; his sister Amber Keicher; and his siblings-in-law, Leona Parrish (Rick) and Al Radford (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
