He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacey G. Rimkus and Helen L. Rimkus (Pappa); his wife Mary; his sons, Daniel R. Rimkus of Portage, MI and David A. Rimkus (Jordan) of Franklin, TN; his granddaughters, Emerson and Blair Rimkus; his siblings, Rosemary Craven (Frank) of Overland Park, KS, Rhonda Lesniak (Jim) of Mountain Home, AR and Richard Rimkus (Linda) of Belvidere, IL; and his grandfather Bob.
He is survived by: his family, Bob and Mary. He is also survived by several in-laws; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care (105 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (2435 W Territorial Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49015).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Bob may be made to KCC Foundation General Scholarship Fund, 450 North Avenue, Battle Creek, MI 49017.
