He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Henry and Mary Anne Van Horn (Hervig). He is survived by: his wife Renee E. Barthel; and his sons, Erik Van Horn of Paradise, CA and Christopher Van Horn of Lansing, MI..
The military honors will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 1514 E Miller Rd, Lansing, MI 48911.
