He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Rowe and Dorothy Rowe (Fann); and his sister Cynthia "Cindy" Drury. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Moran; his nieces, Katie Plummer and Kelly LaPorte; and his nephew Christopher Wolney.
