She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Hoskins and Phyllis Jean Hoskins (Seaver); her daughters, Gina Matuschka and Leslie Matuschka; and her sister Pennie Stevens.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Matuschka; her daughter Laurel Henkel (Tom) of Battle Creek; her grandsons, Logan Henkel (Sarah) of Grand Rapids, Grant Henkel (Kelsey Dake) of South Haven and Cole Henkel (Riley Damore) of Battle Creek; her siblings, Rob Hoskins (Lynette) and Janice Bolton; and her sister-in-law Rita Conant. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial tributes may be made to the Shriner's Crippled Children's Fund or Bronson Battle Creek Cardiac Rehabilitation.
