He was predeceased by: his parents, David Steele and Patricia Steele (Gaffney); and his brothers, David and John Steele. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Steele (Colette) and Matthew Steele (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brady Steele and Sawyer Steele; his siblings, Patricia Steele (William), Mary Caravaggio (Edge) and William Steele (Mary Beth); and his sister-in-law Carmen Steele. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Philip Catholic Church (92 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Battle Creek Country Club (318 Country Club Dr, Battle Creek, MI 49015).
