She is survived by: her children, Bria Clark, Sky'veion Guy, Jay'leigh Guy, O'Donis Wells, Logan Morrison, Conner Morrison and Madison Burton; her mother Shannon Hebner; her grandmother Patricia Hammons; her siblings, Samantha Wabindato (Chris), Tyler, Christopher Hebner (Samantha), Vincent Wabindato, Krystal Krider and Misty Burbank; and her former husbands, Tommy Clark and Justin Burton.
