He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Harper; his son Michael Hughes (Ashley Bowen) of Battle Creek; his grandchildren, Harmoney Hughes and Kanin Hughes; and his sister Melissa Malott. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
