She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Arthur and Mary Katherine Sherburne (Gruner); her siblings, Marian Zang, Geraldine Jackson (John), Carol Odette (Lawrence) and Virgil Sherburne; and her son Theodore Lawson.
She is survived by: her sons, Bradford Lawson (Cheryl) of Bremerton, WA and Andrew Lawson (Megan) of Ypsilanti; her stepsons, James Cordell (Nancy) of Crown Point, IN and Charles Cordell (Cheri) of Davison; her stepdaughter-in-law Denise Cordell of Boulder Creek, CA; and her grandchildren, Joshua Lawson, Rachel, Brittany, Heather and Bridget. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren; and step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Towsley Chapel at the Chelsea Retirement Community (805 W Middle St, Chelsea, MI 48118).
