She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret "Peg" Minier and Howard Minier. She is survived by: her former husband Ted Lou; her children, Matt Lou, Betsy Thomas (Kevin Thomas), Brittany, Brett, Karen Suydam (Brad Suydam), Taylor (Rmneet) and Savanna (Charlie); and her brother John Minier (Verna).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bachman Hebble Funeral Service (223 Bedford Rd N, Battle Creek, MI 49037). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (2435 W Territorial Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49014).
