He is survived by: his wife Sylvia German (Tertocha) of Battle Creek, MI; his children, Jeffrey Songer (Tammy) of Vicksburg, MI and Lesley Hagelgans (Michael) of Union City, MI; his grandchild Hanna Jorns (Gavin) of Boise, ID; his children, Cole Songer of Vicksburg, MI, Damen and Delilah Hagelgans of Union City, MI.; and his siblings, William J. German of Tampa, FL, Edward R. (Nanette) of Harristown, IL, Bonnie J. (Jerry) of Harristown, IL and Cindy S. Boulier of Decatur, IL.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kempf Family Funeral and Cremation Services (723 US Hwy 27 N, Marshall, MI 49068).
