She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Nelson and Alice Nelson (Baker); and her brother Kris Nelson. She is survived by: her spouse Marc A. Lipscomb; her daughter Katti Russell (Chad) of Battle Creek; her grandchildren, Peyton, Ian and Avery Russell; her brothers, Kalvin Nelson (JoAnn) and Kenneth M. Nelson; her close friend Kurt Askew; and her niece Amie Nelson.
