She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Phillips (Helen Phillips) and Nina Phillips (Hutson); her husband Herb Bishop of Battle Creek; her brother Chuck Randall; her stepbrothers, Terry and Corkey; and her great grandchild Jubilee.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Bishop (Laura), Monty Bishop, Herb Bishop (Diane) and Laura Wachman (Kipp); and her sisters-in-law, Leona Case and Thelma Marshall. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care (105 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Baseline Church (9617 Baseline Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49017).
