He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John Wiens and Marie Wiens; his wife Marty; his daughter Peggy Bishop; and his granddaughter Chelsea Wiens.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Wiens (Kim) of Helena, MT, Barb Cochrane (Paul) of Lexington, SC and Patty Swift (Rick) of Anderson, SC; his son-in-law Dan Bishop of Battle Creek, MI.; his grandchildren, Ben (McKenna), Elisabeth (Taylor), Zach, Courtney (Bradley), Kaitlyn, Jonathan (Alex), Amy (Hunter), David (Dianna), Katy and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, Lila, Hosanna, Banner, Ellia, Mabel, Haven, Blake, Ezra, Jackson, Arlo, Daniel, Katherine, Beau, Rebekah and Jedidiah.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 4:00 PM.
