The memory of James J. Jarmul of Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on November 26, 2024 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jarmul and Betty Jarmul (McNeil); his sister Elizabeth Walton; and his spouse Meredith Casey. He is survived by: his daughters, Natalie Jarmul of Battle Creek and Adrianne Gelletich (Brian) of Battle Creek; his brother Robert Jarmul of South Bend; and his granddaughter Haley Barnes of Battle Creek.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Philip Catholic Church (30 E Van Buren St, Battle Creek, MI 49017). A Mass was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations to be directed to St. Philip Catholic Church Building Fund, Calhoun County Animal Shelter, or Bronson Cancer Center in Battle Creek.
