He is survived by: his wife Margie Fulcher (Fraley); his children, Greg Fulcher, Tim Fulcher (Jaime), Sheri Fulcher and Darsi Barker; his grandchildren, Carly Fulcher, Cassidy Persinger (Dalton), Jordyn Clinton, Madison Fulcher and Tim Fulcher; his great grandchild Oliver Persinger; his siblings, Elnora Boyd, Jay Fulcher (Linda), Richard Fulcher, Bill Fulcher (Karen) and Gene Fulcher; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Fulcher and Helen Fraley.
