She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Ann Sheffer (Mihulka). She is survived by: her father Richard Lynn Sheffer; her former husband Keith Fields; her sons, Dominick Fields, Bryce Fields, Liam Sheffer-Busick and Jordan Fields; and her sister Shannon Sheffer (Brock). She is also survived by 2 God Daughters, 1 God Son, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & extended family.
