It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Bonds of Battle Creek, Michigan, born in Marianna, Arkansas, who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepson Ian Lamar Williams; and his great grandchild Gisele Ivy Nichole Jordan (Mossie Bonds Jr.). He is survived by: his wife Iver Williams-Bonds; his daughter Yolanda Bonds; his mother Darlene Irby; his stepdaughters, Autumn Smith and Dana Williams; his grandchildren, Jasmine Williams, Turrell Williams and Edward Warden; his siblings, Benjamin Wynne (Christne) of Forrest City, Arkansas., Sandra Faye Scoggins (Bernard) of Dallas, TX, Diane House, Helena and Ark; his uncle A. D. Bonds of Battle Creek; and his aunt Verba McNichols (Earl Dees). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Salem Baptist Church (370 Capital Ave SW #2251, Battle Creek, MI 49015).
