He is survived by: his children, Mary Wiggins-Place and David Wiggins Jr. (Brooke); his grandchildren, Jake (Hannah), Madison (Max) and Jeremy; his great grandchildren, Corvina and Artimus; and his siblings, Johnny, George, Roy, Riley, Paul, MaryAnn and Janet.
