He is survived by: his son Carl Jermaine Stubbs; his sisters, Grace, Ollie Fisher (David) and Elsie Patton; his grandchildren, Davonte Moore, Bria Sewell, Cherish and Charlika Stubbs; and his close friends, Creighton Mabry, Lilly Howell and Charlotte Stubbs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
