He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Heleniak and Helen Heleniak. He is survived by: his wife Rena Vande Vord; his sons, Jeffrey (Rosalyn) of Imperial, PA, Scott (Cathy) of Midlothian, VA and Steven (Becky) of Coraopolis, PA; his grandsons, Peyton, Avery, Hunter and Sullivan; his brother Jim Heleniak of San Diego, CA; and his cousin David Heleniak (Baltimore, MD).
