She was predeceased by: her parent Jean Rasmussen; and her brother David Rasmussen. She is survived by: her husband Mark L. Phillips; her children, Loree Phillips and Brian Phillips; her grandsons, Logan Phillips and Christian Calkins; and her sisters, LeeAnn Boyer, Patricia Rasmussen and Deborah Wesner.
