She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Grant and Eva Grant (Flook); her husband James "Jim" Ratliff; her son Paul Ratliff; and her brother Ronald Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Ratliff (Penny), Don Ratliff (Amy), Brian Ratliff (Jacqui) and Debra Ratliff; and her sister Marietta Atkinson. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
