She was predeceased by: her parents, Roderick Schoals and Florence Schoals (King); her son Douglas Church; her grandson Grant Church; her son-in-law Steven Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, David and Eileen Church.

She is survived by: her husband James Church of DeWitt; her children, Kathleen Church, Deborah Johnson and Kenneth Church (Candy); her grandchildren, Sarah Johnson, Anne Howe (Darren) and Hunter Church; and her brothers, Rodney Schoals (Pat) and Robert Schoals (Ann). She is also survived by 5 nephews, 2 nieces and many friends.

Jim and Rodena personally supported Linda, and the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, any desired contributions be directed to BBFI Missions/Linda Fitzgerald, 720 E. Kearney Street, Springfield, MO 65803.
