He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Elizabeth Lomax (Aaron); his grandchildren, Lilli, Leo and Lainey; his stepmother Arvilla; and his siblings, Duane (Sylvia), Karen Riggs, Laura Fell (John), Terry Every, Lee William Halbin (Lori), Vickie Collier, Sherry Blom (Keith Cole), Rick Halbin (Dewey), Nicki Cavender, James (Patty), Alex (Jill), Mary Cheeseman and Jeremy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or Stronghold Rescue and Relief in memory of Raymond.
