He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Butterfield and Lois Butterfield. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Dufon (Jeffrey) and Nancy Jaglowski (Craig); his nephews, Joshua Dufon (Mary), Thomas Dufon, Jefferson Jaglowski and Robert Jaglowski (Katie); and his niece Jackie Witters (Adam).
